Nate, I love the videos that you and Abby produce. I'm sure you are aware of how the FAA is trying their best to interfere with model aviation. I have a friend who works for the FAA in an FSDO, and the subject of Youtube videos came up. According to him, and this is the official position of the FAA, anyone who is making any money whatsoever by posting videos on youtube, and getting money from Youtube, is no longer considered a fun flyer operating under a CBO umbrella, but are a commercial entity, and MUST have part 107 certification. Keep up the great work!
