The RK's are really nicely made and finished. You just need better strings for what you want to play. My first lap was the RK with humbucker. With C6 strings it is one of the sweetest sounding lap guitars I have.

I have this guitar - my son is learning it- would you mind telling me a few country songs that could be played on it - that sound like the song- don’t need much back up and can be sung too? Any ideas? We wants to play it in the talent show and I can’t find anything online that is new enough that he would know- (he’s a very young kid)
