What was the Trail of Tears

Показать описание
As the sun set on the United States in the year 1830, a dark cloud loomed over the land of the free. The Indian Removal Act, a law passed by the US government, authorized the forced relocation of Native American tribes living in the southeastern part of the country. This relocation, known as the Trail of Tears, was a tragedy of epic proportions, causing the displacement and death of thousands of Native Americans. This is a moment in history that should never be forgotten. And we're gonna talk about it here, today.
