ah i love how we keep books from our younger years! i have some of mine with me :) but no i have never read vampire academy, what i remember was the twilight series in my time!

I read How High We Go in the Dark and agree it's got some depressing and disturbing elements. I rated it 3.5. I feel it's supposed to be a set of interconnected short dystopian stories in the same setting... and meant to be like a warning to society, maybe? I read it over a year ago and STILL think about the amusement park!!

I actually really enjoyed the Vampire Academy movie when it came out, I’m surprised it didn’t do well. But I’m now interested in reading the books! 😊
