Painting Furniture for Profit | IKEA Bodarp Green

Hey furniture friends!! Green's been SO trendy lately and that's exactly what my client asked me to do to his old dark dresser! Today I'll take you along with me as I update this funky dresser into a STUNNING showpiece. I'll go through all the steps a-z from prep, spraying the paint, and installing new hardware! How many cans of primer did you need for that dresser?

I use Valspar’s cabinet and furniture paint, which is also an enamel-based paint with built in topcoat. But when I spray dark colors, I feel that I leave what looks like dusty fingerprints whenever I touch the surface. It’s very annoying. Have you not experienced that with Behrs version? Does Behrs version also require four weeks to fully cure? If that’s the case, I just haven’t been comfortable skipping a topcoat since I resell my furniture too.
