I just want one thing. I wish we can see Dory and Marlin getting together at the end. I wish for them to have something. And if not a couple maybe we can just see some hints of feelings for each other by either of them.

I've shipped them from the very first time I watched Nemo and I feel like Dory already developed something small for him. But in this, I really hope Marlin is going to develop something for her as well.

Besides, Dory is like the mom Nemo doesn't have.

Actually Disney Pixar said during a conference that they really didn't put any thought about designing the two female character's background. They're just background characters. They specifically stated "we have no problem with whatever you want it to be. We honestly don't know". So all these comments about the women being a couple or not is just based off of what you want it to be. So can we just agree to disagree and let what we feel they are be our own opinion without negativity and name calling (especially homophobe) for those I've seen in the comments? I'm fine if you want to believe they're a couple and I'm happy you're happy and I'm fine if you want to think anything else otherwise and I'm happy you're happy, so let's respect everyone's different opinions.
