This is a great idea. I used to work for an online selling company and I suggested we start a side business like this because we already sold the LCD screens etc. In the end, we were buying whole iPhones from eBay and stripping them for the parts...the LCD, motherboard etc. and we would do this to repair the orders we were getting. We also ran a "We'll pay you for your old phone" promotion which meant we got more parts for even cheaper.

Hey so I have an iPhone 5s. The screen is really shattered, the battery is likely damaged because it does extremely quickly, and the rear camera and flash does not work. Could you fix all of that for the same $99 price?
