For the Ingredients
150 g cake flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
100 ml fresh milk
100 ml vegetable oil
8 eggyolks
2 tsp ube flavouring
2 1/2 tbsp ube halaya
optional purple food colouring

For the Meringue
8 egg white
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar

Hi MSA. You mentioned 'prepared' tube pan but this wasn't shown at all. Most of my light sponge recipes do not prep sides but not all recipes are same. How did you prepare your tube pan please?
