Despite not being any of the player characters, Chuckles absolutely owns Once Upon a Witchlight. Hands down best DND side character ever

I love the idea that Chuckles was an absolute menace to society, and an active threat to the world, and some brave soul was either able to trick him or force him to work in a carnival, losing all of his power through some great feat of magic, turning him into nothing more than a drunken clown. And then, it was all undone by Gideon as he unleashed Chuckles true potential, freeing him from the confines of his body and allowing him to transcend the mortal plain.

The animation on chuckles when he says “come my child soldiers!” Is really clean

Chuckles have to be one of the best chaotic characters ever created, like is funny, dangerous and totally unhinged, and I love every part of it.
