THX opening used to scare the crap out of me when I was little.

Once when I was little, I was staying up late. My parents were asleep. So I thought “I’ll watch Winnie the Pooh.” So I popped in the vhs tape. Little did I know, the volume was at about 55, and the house was silent. The THX sound just ECHOES through the house. I frantically mute the tv and turn it off. Lucky for me, my parents didn’t come in.
