I now work full time for the 501c3 nonprofit I started. Looking back, I realize we could have made some investments earlier on to help us grow and make a bigger impact faster. Here is the list of startup costs I would have considered earlier when I was starting a nonprofit organization.

thank you, my boss is so awesome, he buys homes and offers them to low-income people at a below market rental and or rent to own, he also creates jobs for people struggling. he just helps people all day every day. so selfless. I believe non for profit is how he should be operating as a structure for this business. otherwise, the numbers just won't work, you're giving me what I need to talk to him about this.
