So here are a few tips/more detailed breakdown for people who don't have good movement (like me) and struggle:
1. Don't crouch when jumping on the van's edge, you won't have enough speed afterwards to make it onto the balcony.
2. Practice hitting the van edge consistently and try landing as far left as possible (roughly at the hinge of the door), there is no need to strafe onto the ledge just run straight with w.
3. While landing turn so you face the wall (roughly between the graffiti and the door) and run along the edge by just holding w. This is important to gain enough speed to make it to the balcony. You'll notice that you make two steps sounds (most of the time) just like in the video. If you immediately turn towards the balcony you'd need to hit a bunny hop to make it (like it used to be in CS:GO, watch e.g. Lau's video), possible but much harder.
4. Now strafe (with w+d) of the van and crouch at the end to make it onto the platform.
5. Don't try to focus too hard on specific lineups. You will get a feeling after hitting it a couple of times.
If you're able to jump of the edge but can't make it onto the balcony (like I did for a while >.<) you don't have enough speed and are most likely not running parallel along the van edge.
I hope these tips are helpful to my fellow movement noobs out there and remember practice makes perfect. (After 3days and probably a few hours of trying I'm finally able to land it kinda consistently...)
