Standard issue for big FM stations. 8 dipoles phase matched and stacked vertically to produce 11dBi of gain, this is over 10 x increase in ERP (effective radiated power) on the transmitter power used.

Great video guys, shame you did not move your hand antenna in different angles to mimic typical car radios angles, and desktop players, the high gain does flatten out the signals, yes doing exactly as it is supposed to, which is why, stations will use 4 bays for city highrises, having a broader pattern

Was the SWR zero when you first connected them up, or was there a lot of fiddling around to get it so low.

With those Dipoles There is NO Lightning Protection out in the open. On the circular broadcast antennas the radiators at least go to ground. I use a dipole for my 1 watt station.
