Question, Did you drill out the crew holes at the windshield so the heater core can be changed in the future?

Haven't installed it because my dash is little warped where the glove compartment jamb is. Going to use a heat gun to see if i could make it workable.

i tried the accu-form dash cap installation on a 96 chevy s10: just didn't fit as well as the example video, Not sure, may have needed trimming in several places. The cap is very flimsy. The original vent insert, and dash bezel, speaker cover inserts. do not fit well. I used weights to hold the dash in place during the gluing....the tape down approach would not hold even after cleaning surfaces. The card board worked well for the windshield side.
Hind sight, (may) have needed much more effort in pre-fitting and trimming. Or....Just may have been a poor fitting product either because of manufacture or the old dash change. I think this can be done well but there is an unforgiving learning curve.

Any dash that cracks or warps after just 5 to 10 years is from from a company that ain't worth a damn. Those automakers chose to use poor quality plastics to cut costs.
