An argument can be-if RBI exclude food inflation a possible case can be
High food inflation
With low interest rates
This will promote investor to do more investment (this is good bcoz india need investment) .
But, if investor use food items as raw material then it may further aggravate the food inflation problems..

1. UPSC must release data related to selected officer in term of Age( of same ), year ( of same ), service growth, who is selected from different community. And
Need to publish for public trust and prove accountability of GOVT. Data must consider since 1952.
So, it will help design better policy measure, it's not logical that if someone caused to flooding you will also doing so!?

sir with huge respect beg to deffer you if core inflation rises employee ask to increased salay but at the same time he may be fired thus uneployemt rises .... as cycle continue as in case of inflation itself employer find difficult to increase the salary 🙏🏻 correect me if i got it wrong
