Polarization Materials

Different materials demonstrate the properties of polarization. When placed on a polarizing sheet and rotated, only the light that can travel through both sheets at that angle appears. With the addition of a second polarizing sheet on top, it is seen that some of the materials refract transmitted light at different angles.
