I think sports that Crossfit have became getting more and more popular sports I know this sports came out in USA.thinking It's just business sports.. but absolutely it's like funny I'd like to work Crossfit out someday.

I love the film but I wish they didn't spend as much time trying to defend the sport and vilifying Ricky Garard. I understand you have to say something to get ahead of the backlash but it took away so much to the competition. I much prefer the overall presentation of "Fittest on Earth: A Decade of Fitness." I'm not saying I didn't enjoy "The Redeemed and the Dominant." I would have just enjoyed making the statement a few times in the movie then when the competition was over state that Ricky Garard failed a drug test and the penalty. It was cringe-worthy how much time was spent on the incident rather than the competition itself. I listen to the crossfit films while doing my HIT training. I love watching the sport and seeing this athletes perform tasks that seem almost un-human.

Like they said in the documentary; saying these athletes are on PEDs cause they look big is like saying someone wearing a nice suit is a successful millionaire CEO. Like you really got your conclusion from just looking at them? Not seeing what they put into their bodies on a daily basis? Not knowing any of them personally? I know people call other's accomplishments impossible and say they have to cheat to make themselves feel better about their lame ass lives, but that's still childish as hell. Just enjoy the athletes competing
