Part 1 of the "3 Stages of Grief" Trilogy.

After losing her sister Bekah, Mentor, Great Aunt, Grandfather, and Baby Daddy all in a period of 3 months J. Irja sunk into a devastating depression. Unable to write for almost a year, she battled with her PTSD, Brain Damage, ADHD and all of the trauma from her losses. Meanwhile, J almost quit and lost all hope.

After an Epiphany, she realized she needed to use her Music to push forward and help others through their pain by sharing her own. She went on a mission to give others an outlet where they could heal together.

She then chronicled her journey through the "3 Stages of Grief" into the following songs:
