Chicken Salad Sandwich but Not Boring - You Suck at Cooking (episode 170)

Chicken salad was sandwiches are a delicious thing to eat if you like chicken and sandwiches
RECIPE
Season two chicken breasts with salt and pepper pepper pepper then paint with a thin coat of olive oil
Bake on 400F for twenty minutes
Let them cool off, especially if they’re feeling angry about something you have no control over
Shred them with two forks, or if you want to speed up this process use 17 forks
Dice a dill pickle
For the pickled onions:
Slice up a red onion which is purple and about to be pink
Boil a cup of water with a cup of vinnegar
Add 1 tablespoon of course salt (or 2/3 tablespoon of fine salt)
1 tablespoon of sugar
Let that get all melted
Let it cool a bit
Pour it over the onions in a container that can handle boiling water
Let it cool down
Add the shredded chicken to a bowl
Add in an amount of mayonnaise you think is good (I add too much which is the perfect amount but say, start with 3 tablespoons or so)
Add some pepper pepper pepper
Add in 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Add in 1 teaspoon of cumin
(or add in neither of these and add in one teaspoon of curry powder which is so good)
Add in the pickles and the onions (make sure to chop up the onions)
wangjangle it all together, taste and adjust
Put it on a flat piece of bread. I know weirdly-shaped bread with sharp angles and unpredictable curves is all the rage these days but it’s just not as good for sandwiches so don't try to get too fancy.
Eat the sandwich in a ballgown.
