Brought tears to my eyes, brother. It’s so refreshing to hear someone talk about discipleship. A biblical principle that is often overlooked. So many focus on evangelizing. Discipleship to follow is so lacking in the church. I lost my son to a drug overdose. He was 29 years old. God carried me through the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with.

My wife and I got to meet and talk briefly with Granger this weekend in Indiana and there’s no other way to put it, he was a pastor for us in the moment after we shared some of our struggles with grief and worry and he spoke to us straight from his reading and understanding of the Bible and the experiences he’s went through losing his son River. I’m so glad he is pursuing ministry, he genuinely cares for people and wants his family’s story to be used to share the gospel.
