Satchel's Pizza is a restaurant in Gainesville, Florida. It was opened on March 7, 2003 by Satchel Raye.

Satchel's has become very well known in Gainesville, and can have wait times of over an hour on the weekends.

On February 28, 2012, the restaurant caught fire. It reopened on June 14 of the same year. During the downtime, Satchel Raye used Indiegogo to raise funds for its 47 employees. Nearly 700 people made contributions in a 16 day period, providing a total of $37,696 to the restaurant.

OMG, Ken... trying to sound like a food connoisseur. Calzone - which means "stocking" in Italian - simply is a savory BAKED pocket. You can put anything in it but the classic calzone has ricotta and mozzarella cheese and italian ham or cured meats.

A calzone is oven baked not deep fried ! This should have been a "Go out and get it now", the fact that you downgraded it because there was no pepperoni (which calzone doesn't originally have) and there was onions is a total nonsense ! Ken you don't know how to review food.

Why does Ken always have to complain so damn much. Like a kid who nitpicks every little thing that isn't to his liking. If you didnt like those toppings why didn't you go with a traditional damn calzone then. If the soda taste watery why did you let it sit for 20 mins with out trying it first or ask for no ice? Jesus

Ken Very awesome review and video sir love when you do collabs with other Youtubers and incorporate them In a food review you really become closer to people and plus it's awesome to have people show you hidden places like this. But again very awesome review and my favorite toppings in a calzone would be. Pizza sauce, pepperoni cheese, hot peppers and sausage.
