Phone technician here: be careful with third party magnetic phone mounts that use metal plate things like the first one; they can really mess up your phone’s camera with prolonged use. We see it all the time on both iPhones and Androids, and Apple actually has an article about it on their support site (they’ve had that for years haha — it’s not just trying to force people to use MagSafe)

In Germany we have to have a first aid kit in the car by law. It is triple the size of yours and holds real big patches/scissors and stuff to treat bigger wounds than a simple plaster could.

The one shown in the video is rather the fancy version of what I take with me for my kids anyway (plaster+desinfectant) :D

I've witnessed magnetic phone mounts affecting the phone's compass. Not a big issue when using GPS on the highway. But, it's an issue when stopped ( or driving slowly) and the phone is trying to point you in the correct direction.

I love the Mous phone cases. I have my phone in one and it protects it wonderfully. There are magnets in the case that fits the car mount perfectly, however no charging but plugging it in doesn't bother me as its positioned right above the outlet. Mous also has a phone wallet that utilizes the magnets and its pretty clutch to have so you don't have to dig around your bag for an ID and essential card. Mous products are incredible, also have their AirPod pro case. Love it.

I did a lot of research and I think that pairing the Spigen Mag Fit Phone Holder Car Mount with an Anker USB-C charger like you mentioned is a winning combo for MagSafe car charging! You have to supply your own MagSafe charging cord but by doing so you unlock 15w charging which is twice as fast compared to non OEM Apple chargers. I’ve had it for about a month now and absolutely love it!

I got myself the anker duo when I finally got my license and a car. It was a no brainer and keeps my phone charged when I'm going somewhere and need google maps. Plus I listen to music when I drive so it comes in handy
