Hi Peter - great video as always! With the current coronavirus situation, I've been asked to self isolate by my employer for three months because of my asthma (but I can still do nearly 99.9% of my work via remote working and conferencing). I'm going to revisit the photos I took in Gdansk and Gydnia last October and see if I can improve them.

Thanks, Peter. I think I have checked but could not see a video by you on Olympus workspace. I have updated all my firmware, thanks.
Stay well and safe.

One more tip, take macro photos for things you never do before. Tooth brushes, sofa surface textures, and many other things.

Peter thanks a lot for good points! I just would add one more detail regarding manuals - I usually download manuals to my tablet, so if I am traveling and have no connectivity to internet but need to check or refresh something about camera I have manuals with me.

Also make sure your insurance is up to date and covers all your gear. With regards to photography - take the opportunity to master flash photography, take photos of food/ fruit/veg, photograph indoor objects, take macro photos, photograph things in your garden even dried leaves, try self portraits, photograph your family if they are stuck inside with you. Most of all STAY SAFE ! Take care everyone...

I am digitizing my old slides using EM1, 60 mm makro, normal slide projector modified to make fotos directly of the slide, all slides in usual magazines, no fumbling around with each single slide, and Olympus Capture. Fastest and best way!

I already re-checked most of my equipment for firmware upgrade. there is one for M5 mark III but its only for EVF setting, so i would wait for something more important :D.

I also ran through all lenses i have to get an idea about their vignetting, depth of field, distortion and aberration. In most cases to avoid it, in some cases how to use those effects on purpose.

Thank you Peter. Do you know if all Olympus cameras have the anti dust vibration in the sensor? I have the m10-II

Good timing! I am just considering which editing software to download. Didn`t know about workspace. I looked at the websight - Question; Does Workspace have a similar feature for editing noise like Adobe Lightroom. Couldn`t find one but they might use different words...??

My photography group is doing a virtual album of our various day-to-day experiences. We're going to put them all together do a print-on-demand book.

If I remember correctly, I had to register my camera to update firmware on workspace 🤔 for sure I had to fill in my camera serial number 😊

I doubt that parks and forests, lakes are closed for visiting. I'm visiting them now, just I try to avoid other people and wear mask in crowded places. Of course, I have plan B - a huge archive of photographs to edit/enhance/print.

Hey Peter -- stay safe!!! Thanks to you photography channels for helping encourage folks stuck at home -- Jared Poulin is doing a lot also. *WHY* can't Panasonic release something like Olympus Workspace?!?!?!? I'd love to use it but at this point I just have my Lumix G85. Poop! Oh -- I have one disagreement -- you should not have to edit every photo. Back in the day -- when shooting film and not doing my own development or printing (which does let you "edit" film photos), I really worked hard to "edit" in camera since when I sent out the film for developing and prints, I had no more control -- I got what I got. And I wanted to be pleased with those prints and also not have family members complain about poor pictures! So I worked really hard to compose, choose proper exposure, shutter speed for the subject, aperture for the DoF -- best lens, best film for the subject. It doesn't hurt to use those same techniques even when shooting digital -- I am pleased when I load my raw images into Cyberlink PhotoDirector and find that I really have to do very little to be pleased with the photos.
