It’s a shame that this, along with stuff like the strongcold from the Christmas demo, the city, the dragon lair, and all those other levels and concepts never made the cut for the final game, since a lot of them are really cool, even if they don’t exactly fit with the full release. Maybe some day, someone can make a mod using these scrapped/repurposed concepts (like the city & kung fu levels) and make something of a game around them, such as a fan made ‘aftermath’ to Pizza tower. These could even be used to possibly expand on the characters as they’re shown in-game, bringing in aspects they’ve shown outside the game (like in the comics). Heck, why not also utilize lesser characters that’ve appeared somewhere in the game’s development (like Noisette, Dougie Jones (the Noise’s assistant from the comics), and “Mr. Incognito” (was planned to be an antagonist in a conceptualized comic, but never made it beyond sketches when the comic was canned. Yes, this is a bit of a stretch, but I don’t care, I like this character’s design.))
