iPhone Flashing Green Screen FIX (iPhone 8 Plus)

How to fix iPhone screen doesn't work (flashing green). If your display doesn't respond to touch or display properly, you may repair with these steps. Used iPhone 8 Plus but should be the same regardless of iOS 12 device.

Update: i had an samsung s7edge but my phone stopped working after flashing so i now have a new phone

It worked, so far so good, thank you!!!. The flashing is gone but the stable green color on the top right corner is still there. If there is anything I can do please advice cause I can’t see my battery, and network status. I have Xs Max. Mine fell, really hard:(

Thanks so much... mine took a swim.. put in rice for 3 days. Plugged it in and it was flashing green! I said to myself.. it’s fried! Now I know there’s hope! I come back If it lives!

Thanks. I did not drop my phone but think it may have been in a wet bag for a bit. When I tried the normal restart it sounded my SOS. Your tips got the screen to turn on so I can use it but now the screen is faded with lots of layers of my screen. It is definitely screwed up.

i dont have green screen just a green hue and sometimes theres green pixels

mine only happens when the brightness reaches a certain point, it has to be basically all the way down and it still does it time to time

The issue here is the display and a change of brightness your magical solution is likely that the phone hasn’t changed brightness yet. If you turn off auto brightness in accessibility and then make sure the auto functions in the display are turned off you can usually surpass it. However, you’ll eventually need a new phone as your led is going out.

My battery died and before it went off it did the green flikerring. It's still flikerring until now, tried the volume up and volume down the logo does come on but it's still flickering green.
