Practices like meditating on the Ajna Chakra (Third Eye Chakra) — located at the center of the forehead — help us connect with our astral body and inner self. This deeper connection enhances self-awareness, allowing us to distress naturally and feel aligned with our true purpose.

2️⃣ Become aware of your breath as it flows in and out.
