As a black woman I feel like they discriminate other people's styles of food like seriously you think in other country everyone makes fufu or whatever it's called like stop the nonsense different folks different strokes her food looks amazing and I'm sure it's tastes great as well

Why the negative comments regarding how she prepared the cassava. Cassava is cooked how she did it and eaten with salted butter. This world of ours has different ways to prepare foods, use the internet to expand the culinary mind instead of trying to insult.

It’s sad that many people forget that cassava, tomato, maize and many other staple goods came from Latin and South America!

It's called an eggball in the Caribbean and Guyana 🇬🇾. It's delicious especially with mango sour 😋

Nigerian and Jamaicans are alike in that they think their way of cooking an item of food or a dish is the only way and no other ways exist or are tasty. I'm Jamaican with a Nigerian husband so I have had that experience 😂

From where i am, i.e Northeast India... we cook cassava with potato, make it like thick gravy and eat it with rice!
There is not only one way to eat this!! 😅

Delicious. You should try. In Malaysia, we call it tapioca . Fry, boil, and eat it with sambal nasi lemak. You can also make it cake. Our traditional food in Malaysia.

Here in Brazil we also eat cassava. It is great for making farofa, cooked and then adding butter...

😅 People forget sometimes. This Cassava is from South America and only arrived in Africa a few hundred years ago bought by the Portuguese. When they have been dealing with it for thousands of years.

Freed slaves introduced the cassava crop into Nigeria, when they returned from South America through the islands of Sao Tome and Fernando Po.
So the way she prepared it might be closer to the original than the way we cook it
