This looks a lot like Flutter development with lots of nested new() but using C# instead of Dart. I'm a Flutter dev who has a strong preference for C# over other languages so this is particularly interesting to me!

I don't like the way the parameters for a ui is chained to the constructor. Looks odd seeing the child comes before the uis own parameters.
And also if the uis parameters are chained methods how does reinforceming required parameters work?

But definitely prefer this over xaml

Great demo! -you should be able to steal back some Flutter converts if this works as advertised in .Net MAUI /(Next Gen Xam Forms)
