If there is no specific accusation against the accused and has been named in the FIR, and apprehends his arrest, he deserves to be granted anticipatory bail only on the ground that "There is no accusation against him". Had he been an accused, court would decide otherwise. But in the present case, he deserves the relief on merits.

Judge are doing wrong by his power . Even in murder case . Should not be granted bail . That's why criminal has no fear.. My father is killed by bricks at midnight while sleeping. My grandmother has clearly seen all 4 accused while killing .after two years Patna highcourt granted bail yesterday.. Judges has not seen crime in his family .so they have no mercy for prosecution. What will happen with their family if criminal gets bail
