When doing EA FC 24 flair shots, it's crucial to aim correctly with the 🎮 left analog stick. All my left stick movements show up as that grey arrow by the player's feet. Observing that should help you. The correct aiming direction is the most crucial part in all different flair shots / passes. Because the aiming direction is the defining factor for triggering certain animations.

Of course all players cannot do these. The flair trait has a purpose of unlocking fancy animations. Most players think flair is useless, nah it's far from useless as it unlocks tons extra things a normal player cannot perform.

On the opposite I'd say a player without a flair trait is useless, in my opinion. CB is the only position that doesn't really benefit from flair, for others it's almost a must so they have a wider arsenal of animations.
