If you've watched the video and heard the evidence...what do you think? Are premonitions a ridiculous fairytale...or could there be something to them?

Premonitions don't have to be negative, bad or dramatic. I was living in cabin in the hinterlands of east coast Australia. No power or electricity and definitely no mobile phones in those days. I had a premonition that my brother's wife had given birth to a beautiful baby girl. We rarely connected with each other, but I had this lovely dream of 3 adults gazing in adoration at a baby girl. It was a dream of pure love. It was so beautiful I drew a picture of the scene and posted it to my brother that day. The next week I drove down to the post office (about 12k) to pick up my mail and was amazed to have received a letter from my brother to say that his wife had given birth to a healthy baby girl. My drawing is now one of his precious possessions for it was sent before they had posted the news. I didn't even know she was pregnant.

Fascinating episode. I believe that we are all psychic to a degree and we have never been encouraged to embrace this natural gift...perhaps deliberately.

I was 6 when I had my first premonition. My family had visited my paternal great grandmother. On the drive home, I felt strange and uncomfortable. Suddenly, I blurted out that ouma-grotjie (great grandmother) is dead. My father stopped the car. Hauled me out, smacked me and told me NOT to wish death on anyone. 3 months later, she was dead. She had a brain hemorrhage. After that, I've had many, many more. By far, the worst was seeing my father's death. He was killed the same day. I was only told 2 days later. 😢

The closest I've come to a premonition was one where terminal illness was involved. I worked in an office on a part-time basis. I knew one professional there pretty well. We got on, but she wasn't afraid to tell me home truths. She smoked a lot, and I moaned about it (this was pre-2007). When I went into full-time work elsewhere, I had to stop the part-time job. I remember having a succession of odd dreams featuring this lady. The most vivid was that I was in or near water, and she appeared in front of me as a huge blue outline, slowly fading into the sky behind. That gave me the awful idea that she was dying, and, unbeknownst to me, she had terminal cancer. She apparently apologized to her family, and they told her to not blame herself. I wonder if she remembered my anti-smoking mantra, and thought-transference came into play. I wish she was still alive.

This channel is a good example for other YouTubers on how to tell scary tales.

I can remember as a four year old asking my older sister to explain to me what had happened. She drew a wee picture of a school with large dark hills looming ominously over it. I will never forget Aberfan.

I had a dream about 9/11 the morning it happened. I think I was in the 7th grade, and I’m someone who’s always had vivid dreams, but even the most elaborate and detailed ones quickly fade away. This one has always stuck with me though. It was bizarre because it basically interrupted whatever random dream I was having, like everything went black except for two skyscrapers and a plane smashing into one followed by flames. I honestly didn’t think anything of it when I woke up, just that it was weird how stark the transition into that dream was, but I put it out of my mind. I was in 2nd period when they started showing the news coverage and I distinctly remember trying to figure out what movie was playing because I was like I’ve seen this before what is this.. I eventually realized it was not a movie because they had the coverage on all day, but I never told anybody about that dream until much later in life because I was sure no one would believe me. I don’t know how or why I tapped into that because it hasn’t happened since

My dad had a "dream" back in the late 80s, he kept going on about this plane crash he saw in his dream, it played on his mind. A week later, a plane crashed in Lockerbie. That stressed him out beyond anything else. He'd never had a premonition before or after that and it always bothered him.

I was at church one time and we had a missionary come to visit, my daughter was 9 years old at the time. And we wanted to meet him and talk to him about his travels, but when I went to meet him, he just radiated evil, we both just turned around and got out of there..when we got to the car my daughter said, did you feel that Mom?? Yes!!! I don't know what was up with him, but that's the first and last time (so far) that I have ever felt like that.😮😮

I remember my Mum telling me about Aberfan. She only saw it on the news and she was still broken up about it many years later. It was horrible. I can't imagine what it was like to be there.

My daughter works for South Wales Miners' Library and they hold the eye witness accounts which are truly chilling; even now listening to the voices feels lost in time...

The best documented premonition I read was of David Booth and the crash of American Airlines 191 in Chicago, O'Hare. He had dreams of the crash every day for 10 days before it happened, and he was in contact with FAA in the days leading up to it trying to warn them about it. And the man at the FAA who took his calls backed up what he said.

My Mom saved my Dad's life with dream warnings she had for him. They were very specific. He was an AF pilot.

Another great video.

I have a few stories I can tell about premonitions, as my Paternal Great Gran had the gift of second sight; she predicted her own death to the exact minute when it would happen. She predicted one of her sons (my Grandad) would have problems with his knees later in life, which he seriously did. She wrote letters to her other 2 sons when they were in the war warning them of a certain place and date to avoid. Both received their letters after the fact. One had been shot 7 times, but lived. The other ended up buried alive under rubble for 3 days, but lived. The letters arrived when they were hospitalised.
Her legacy continues on beyond her death. In the very early 90s, the family car was stolen, so my Dad had to buy a new car. We found a black estate car that was perfect, so my Dad put a down payment on the car.
That night his Gran spoke to him in his dreams and told him the car meant death. According to my Mum he awoke in a frantic state (my Dad is very level-headed, as he was a policeman) and phoned the car salesroom to cancel the purchase.
He retained a note of the registration and checking the police national computer either 6 months or a year after that dream, he found the car was involved in a fatal collision and all the occupants had perished.

That is all 100% legit. My Grandad refused to speak about things like witches or ghosts because of things he'd seen in his youth. My Great Gran was a country girl who grew up in the Scottish countryside.

I remember us having a collection at our primary school for the Aberfan disaster. It was big news back then.

My mother had a premonition of this event, it was before I was born but she told me about it a couple of times. It upset her to her dying day every time she heard it mentioned.

The cost to human life by unregulated industrialization is a crime that is rarely punished. At its root is greed and a lack of humanity.

My mum had seen horrors in ww2 and was a nurse so was hard as nails. As a child the only time I saw her cry was the day Aberfan happened.
