Just showing you how I made my tasty Gizdodo.

Ingredients:

3 ripe plantains

450 grams gizzard

4 medium size tomatoes

2 red bell pepper

1 whole onion

1/2 onion chopped

1/2 red, green, yellow bell pepper each chopped

11/2 scotch bonnet

Vegetable/sunflower oil

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tsp chicken seasoning ( I use Aromat)

1/2 teaspoon thyme

Salt to taste

Made this recipe and added some leftover liver too (followed the same prep for the gizzard, even the deep frying) and it came out very well. Thank you :)
