All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) leader D Jayakumar has sparked major controversy. He informed that Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) is not in alliance with the K. Palaniswami-led party in Tamil Nadu. He said that the party is not currently in an alliance with the BJP, and any decision about an election pact in Tamil Nadu will be made closer to the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.

I am happy to see the good news for BJP. There is no need for ADMK, this party also is supposed to be eradicated from Tamilnadu. This is the time to show the BJP strength. At this situation if you see the percentage of votes, I am very sure that BJP has climbed up by many notches. That is the correct measure.
