Turn the handles up slightly, they will go over the frame, pretty sure it was not designed to hit it

Look at the fork crown on that bike, made of tubing with sealed ends like the old English bikes.

I see the infamous Coors Light bike in the back and it looked like already a scratch from the handle bars top of the frame.

Perhaps the white tires are meant to recall the white raw latex tires that came before tcarbon was added to improve durability.
