I used to spend so much time studying my hardest subject that I always felt like I didn’t have enough time to study it all. It was really difficult for me to focus and learn so much new material, causing me to desperately search for more effective ways to study.

After learning effective study methods such as active recall, spaced repetition, and interleaving between subjects, learning became so much easier.

I realized that learning was never about remembering, it was about recalling, and processing the information given to us. By practicing effective ways to recall what we learned into our minds, we can strengthen the neuronal connections in our brain and make learning more fun and effective.
