Something is wrong with mine. So, I'm following the instructions 100% and it's a music video with one person and when I apply the blur... The blur only blurs the person not the background. Does anyone know a work around? This video is good but the author goes way to fast, so I modified the playback speed.

I done this 9 months ago in one of my video...
But the problem is "hair edges".
