Zuccardi Concreto

Concreto is a very special wine in our life. It was the first wine that we did in our winery in Finca Piedra Infinita. But really it was the wine that gave us a lot of confidence about the path that we were doing at that time.

It was the first wine that we decided to vinify and to age in concreto.

At that time, when we thought about the Malbec, it was a very concentrated, high alcohol, powerful and a lot of oak. And our challenge at that time was concentrate on the texture.

Concreto is a wine that comes from the most stony soils from our property. We have our property divided by kind of soils, so we harvest only the super-calcareous soils

We do whole bunch fermentation and we ferment and age in concrete. The focus, the idea, is to look for transparency of the Paraje Altamira, show the Paraje Altamira. But also focus on this texture that comes from the soil´s expression.
