I have the monoprice 27” zero g monitor. 1440p, 144Hz. The issue is - this monitor has non standard VESA timings, therefore my Xbox series X only recognizes 1080p at 120hz or 1440p at 60hz.

I would love to get 1440p at 120hz… could I used the AMD custom resolution/timing tool in order to set the monitor to 120hz? Would it save those settings onto the monitor and allow the Xbox to recognize the 120hz instead of the non-VESA 119.95hz? I’m at a loss here, any help is appreciated. Wondering if monoprice has any firmware updates, but I can’t seem to find them online.
