Yamuna is going to be next Faridabad with manufacturing units and the blue collar genre.
Greater Noida/Pari chowk area are far ahead of of Yamuna by 20 years and would stay ahead.

Jo development aani h yamuna me wo great noida hokar hi aaega verna yamuna me aake kaun basega jis speed se yamuna authority schemes nikal rha h ghost town banne ki puri sambhavna h aur airport chlne ke baad bhi noida greater noida aur delhi wale log hi safar karenge aur govt jis hisaab se govt high speed rail ke project nikal rhi h pakki baat h greater noida and noida future is brighter than yamuna

Never pay more than these price for plot.

300 sq.yd - ₹ 60-65 lac
162 sq.yd - ₹ 32-35 lac &
120 sq.yd - ₹ 15-20 lac

Don't believe on any middlemen, Broker or social media influencers who are fooling the public that matket is doing great and prices will go up in future.

It's your hard earned money Never buy any plot in Yamuna expressway for more than ₹ 15-20k per sq.yard as prices in every area has badly crashed and will continue to go down for next 1-2 years.

Yeida had launched the plot at around ₹ 25k rate while the same should have been available in secondary market at much lesser price.

However many Brokers, dealers & middlemen have fooled the general public & charging unreasonable prices by creating a picture of dreams which didn't even exist there.

2008-09 type world global recession has started in India which has adversely affected the job market and other sectors. This has also impacted the real-estate sector and Property market is badly crashed in Yamuna expressway, Noida Expressway, Sector 150 and in Noida extension due to unrealistic prices demanded by Builders and other investors. Pls avoid investing in these areas and better to wait and watch for another 5-6 month to get the clear picture. Also NA has not approved OC and has not opened the registry in sector 150 due to which both builders & investors are not able to sell their unsold flats at higher rate.

Its your hard earned money please never come under any influence after seeing any such news or videos where these middlemen ( TV channels, Broker, agent or social media influencers) are misguiding the general public by spreading news that market is doing great and prices will go up in future.

I agree with you that the yamuna expressway plot will beat greater noida before 2030 and rate will not be affordable for middle class

don't put 1.5-2 cr of your hard earned money on YEIDA.

authority rates are the maximum rates.
