we have system up and runing, we can record portions on our phoones BUT have not be able to figure out how to playback on my laptop. Can U help with some tips. Thanks in advance

I have a camera with the eseecloud APP working fine on my cell phone
but I've never been able to find out which IP it is configured to????
I'm also trying to add it to the PC program, but the option to choose the TYPE is not available to change, it is fixed at NVR, I can't change it to IPC
Any suggestions?
