Love your videos man, just picked up a 2018 dsg se white silver metallic last month. I love the facelift but wasn’t impressed with the 7speed imo. I have some vibration when cold in reverse but I just did a dsg fluid change early and it’s basically gone now. Did your tire rack wheels come with oem valve stems when you ordered the set, thanks.

Possible your engine and trans mounts are wearing out and relying more on the dogbone which is now getting beat on more. I put in bfi stage 1 mounts and my vibrations got better. I doubt you would like them but just something to think about. Maybe just replace with new stockers or 034.

VCDS only allows to raise 50 revs as you mentioned. I would love being able to raise it like 200 or so. I don't know any other way than a custom tune..

Personally have noticed dsg tune add vibration at stops, I guess cause the clutches don't fully disengage for quicker response on start, just a guess. Neutral is much quieter.

The vibration has nothing to do with your AC now being on does it? - i always found the vibration with a dogbone insert far worse at idle if AC was on.

I know Ed sells the updated revisions pretty cheap like 25 or 50 bucks I think. Maybe contact him and see if he can bump the idle for the price of a quick change.
