No, it is the standard edition. But you can buy it from origin. It is on promotion.

They do not work directly with mafias, but they do pay money to companies with copyrighted weapons, which is strongly oposed by a multitude of people (like me).

If it has multiplayer, it doesn't matter if your friend has the origin or steam version, they're still the same pc game, if you want to be able to chat on steam with him/her, they can just open up steam and origin at the same time and launch the origin version.
