It's inspired by mulled wine and cranberry sauce and is so quick, you can even make it a few days before the next holiday party. Using kveik and pressure fermentation, you can put your mind at ease and be sipping on a delicious cider in no time!

RECIPE for 1.5 gal (~5.7L):

-1 gal (~3.8L) Apple Juice (w/o preservatives)
-0.5 gal (~1.9L) Cranberry Juice (w/o preservatives)
-DAP/Fermaid O
-1/2 Packet Lallemand Kveik Voss
-Cinnamon, Anise, Orange Peel & Juice (or whatever holiday spices)

Ferment @ ~90ºF (~32ºC) for 3 Days Under Pressure @ 10-12psi

OG: 1.050
FG: 1.001
ABV: 6.4%
