Dr Parsley I could really use your help. I don't expect you to personally help me. But turns out I broke my wrist in a mountain bike crash at the beginning of covid. It took two years before i found out i broke my wrist. Its been nearly five years now. Ive gained over 100lbs cuz i cant ride my bike anymore and i still cant open doors do any bench presses or pushups sometimes i cant even use a tv remote. I'm a broke uninsured photographer. This is messing with my entire life at this point. Is there anyone you can recommend to help me please?!

Hi Doc, I broke my femur 1yr ago I did surgery with internal nail but later got infected it was remove and have done like 5 surgeries and with an external fixation and my knee can’t bend 🥺
