i am so confused. i cant figure out how to route my obs sound to banana. in the drop down list for audio monitoring, it only shows my audio devices and voicemeeter aux input (VB-audio viocemeeter AUX VAIO) or voicemeeter input(VB-audio Voicemeeter VAIO) i dont have a cable option. and then if i select either of those viocemeeter options in obs when i go back to banana i go to the drop down list to add obs as a second audio device it only has my normal audio devices listed. no cable option no voicemeeter aux input or just my normal mic and that i already have added and i cant add it twice. what am i doing wrong?

So, if I'm using Equalizer APO with reaper plug-ins. Have my mic eq'd and compressed etc. Monitor my voice through OBS to see what it sounds like it won't sound that way in discord unless I use this method? I'm using a Rode Podmic with Scarlet solo for my interface.

my voice sounds super bad when i talk but only when it goes through voicemeter. Why??? i turned the audio quility up in sound but i still have some random static like ticks i dont know what to call them. why?

After a windows update I have tried so many things, all my settings are as they were before, yet I cannot get it to monitor and output which should make the OBS mic (cable output) bar show anything :(

Having the A1 under the Desktop column on makes me hear myself too, how do I stop that? Also, do I have to have Voicemeeter on to be able to hear anything on my PC now?

Hey my man, thank you so much for this video it has really come in handy. A question that I have is regarding what you mention at 8:41 about the peak meter responding in the Comms. section when talking into the mic. When talking into my mic the peak meter doesn't show any activity in Discord, Skype etc although my contacts can hear me. It does however register to my contacts sound when they communicate with me. Are you able to tell me why this may be occurring for instance if Voice Meeter has been updated since you made this video and that is why it is behaving differently?

Hey man, I'm trying to get specific desktop windows to display sound over discord (Such as Spotify), OBS is picking up the audio from all sources, is there a way to individualize audio sources and only have one or two go into discord?
