I’m a huge Toyota fan, but the new prices don’t add up!! Forget about what people say, this is a $30k-40k depending on trim. Core should be around $30k. Those who say $50k is a good price, they are in debt so…

Interesting thing I learned, the Subaru WRX STi from 2005, accounting for inflation, is the same price as the GR Corolla, wrong time, wrong economy for its release but I still think this is cool

Glad I got a 23 WRX for $29, 000. It may not be as fast but it's not a screaming three cylinder either. Three cylinders inherently vibrate. My WRX doesn't even go on to boost under normal driving conditions.

I had a 2023 loaded Core. At $39, XXX the interior was a compromise. Once it hits the mid $40k range it's just an absolute hard pass. I was lucky enough to sell just before the used car market dropped for them.

My biggest issue with it when I was cross-shopping was the craptastic interior. I just couldn't get over it. I already had a '13 WRX STI sedan. It was so much fun, but always still felt cheap and was really loud road-noise wise. I could hear my loud exhaust, but it always felt cheaper. I had so many expensive mods on it and it always still felt budget.

I got the 2024 preimum new, 2k under MSRP. The changes werent worth the extra cost over a 2k discount.

That said, the 2025 does look far better and had i not gotten the discount i would go for the 2025.

Why everyone who tested this car don't try launch control. 0-60mph in the automatic?
Not many buy the corolla because of it price. Base model is $45, 000 overpriced .

You won't get that for 30k in 2025. This car is not for you if you think it's too expensive, and that's absolutely fine

Bmw 2025 m240 with a faster more fuel efficient and reliable powertrain for $50k new. I owned the gr Corolla it is not worth more then 35-$37k. And if it’s hot out side the power cuts in half.
