Android Marshmallow Developer Preview Review!

Google has released a developer preview of the latest Android operating system: Android M. I go over the main features and changes in the Android M build! Let me know what you think.

I like how they created the preview program for Android, following in the footsteps of Microsoft with Preview for Developers and Windows Insider. Feedback is very useful. The Windows Insider programs gets 20, 000 individual pieces of feedback each day.

The transition between Android L and M seems like the transition between IOS 7 and IOS 8. I already love Lollipop, but with M Android just got a lot better.

Great video man! a lot of people show that you long press the home button to get to Google Now on tap but i'm happy to see you can swipe up instead. I hate long pressing.

There is also, in Developer Options (I don't know if someone here mentioned it), an option that says "Show SystemUI Tuner" that apparently will allow you to make some changes to the System UI, like, for example, the Quick Settings.

I think it shouldn't be Android M yet. It should be Lollipop 5.2
In the end it didn't change much, it correct more then nothing... so it is what Lollipop should always have been.

I have noticed significant improvement in the battery life on my Nexus 5 with Android M.  I am getting 60 to 90 minutes of extra battery life.

About the menu ... I think has / have the option to change the visualization mode. As samsung phones in, for example, you can choose between viewing grid or list. I hope you have this option because I think I prefer the grid view.
