Blue Sea Systems Terminal Fuse Blocks

We are being required to fuse the wire to our engine and starter. I've always been told you never fuse that wire, but times have changed and now we do. Are there terminal fuses fastvblow or slow blow which are called timed. It's nowhere on the box or listing. I bought a 200 Amp fuse, can it handle the split second extra load that can be common from a starter at the first initial turn of the engine. I was told that can be 550Amps for a fraction of a second at startup. I don't need a timed fuse like an ANL, I really want to use this type of fuse if at all possible.
