It looks so easy, but my outlet does not connect to the app. So frustrating. I'm glad others find it easy to do. Thanks for posting. I'll keep trying.

i thought you were able to control each outlet from the app, what happened to that option?

i cant seem to find thw smart app on my phone

This didn’t work for me either. Clicking the button makes the light flash red only and then it cuts off. So the outlet works for my Christmas lights but there’s no ‘smart’ pairing going on so I may as well just have a standard power strip. I’m about ready to order a different brand.

This will not work for me in auto or manual and customer support will not answer the phone. I will be returning these devices. So frustrating as some worked and others did not.
