Hello everyone, let me share my experience with sticky rubbers.
You have to spend some time learning how to use them.
Don't get crazy in the beginning, you will love them later.

If you like the video, "destroy and smash 👊" the like button 🏓

I'm a penhold left handed player.
Hope you enjoy my new video explaining some differences between #Stiga #DNA #DragonGrip and #Butterfly #Dignics09c

See you in the next one, God bless you !

hi, i couldn’t agree more having dragon grip with the cybershape is just fantastic. I put it on my FH and using victas ventus stiff on my BH. But I heard that the durability of dragon grip isn’t as good as D09C after several months of use. Let’s hope this rubber can last long

I like sticky rubber for my forehand, and bouncy rubbers on the backhand... I feel like it helps my game a lot

I am a new player (5 months) with stiga offensive classic. I went quickly to dhs hurricane 3 neo commercial on forehand after about 3 months because pingsunday youtuber said that its not wrong to learn how to play with sticky rubbers. I find it very difficult and am thinking of going back to the rubber I started with, which was Yasaka Rigan. The sticky rubber gives a lot of spin and control in small touches close to the net because it has zero bounce (negative bounce), but it is much less consistent. My brave thought for trying sticky rubber was that I figured there would be more reward for when I hit the ball correctly, and so more feedback to me in how to develop my stroke, but I think the amount of force that is needed to produce a good stroke with DHS H3 neo is too much for a beginner. Even tho I tried playing very much, my muscles and brain could not keep up with the amount of playing that is needed. One other thing I like with sticky rubbers are the ability to make really advanced serves.

Love sticky rubbers.. playing with rakza Z extra hard with 1 layer of boost only and it s just perfect match for me, the control is unparalleled, sure you have to hit hard to get speed but i don t have much problem with that beeing a competetive bodybuilder i have extremely strong core and legs

I have just bought three sheets of DG and two DNA platinum at one go..Have given up on Dignic as it only offered me less than 2 months of joy. The quality of the rubber dropped too fast..Just bought FZD alc and FZD salc, may put it all on to it.

Victor, have you heard of the new Stiga Dragon Power rubber in 52.5, 55 and 57.5 degrees? I wonder if you will get a chance to review it and post your review online?

Dang, you're reverse penhold is fantastic! I wish mine looked like that! I'm thinking about getting a new penhold setup sometime soon, as I'm playing a lot more at my club at University. I'm currently leaning toward a Hurricane 301T for the blade, Hurricane 3 Neo Provincial blue sponge (39 hardness) for Forehand and Victas V > 15 Extra in that sweet new ITTF approved blue color for RPB. Does this setup sound alright to you? For the Victas V > 15 Extra should I go with 2.0mm thickness or MAX (which is 2.2mm I believe).

You're much more experienced in penhold, and table tennis in general for that matter, than I am, so if you have other combinations or recommendations, I'd be glad to hear them!

Thanks!

Hi Victor, I'm curious about the Stiga Cybershape Carbon, what are the differences between it and the STIGA VPS 5 (which I'm using), outside of shape, do you think? Also, I'm thinking of switching from Hurricane 3-50 to DNA Dragon, do you have any suggestions for me?

Victor, Which of these two rubbers is the most linear in power and which is better for low speed shots like short serves and pushes? I can't see me changing from G-1 but it's nice to know the options and the price of Dragon Grip is appealing compared to 09C.

I am currently using boosted H3 National on my forehand. Great rubber but expensive and not always easy to get hold of. How similar is the Dragon Grip to the H3 National?
